TA2000 System definition

TA2000 System means DST’s TA2000TM computerized data processing system for shareholder accounting.
TA2000 System means DST’s TA 2000 System™, including any updates and upgrades thereto, or any successor system thereto that is used by Mutual Funds for the performance of substantially similar functions as DST’s TA 2000 System™ and with substantially similar features.
TA2000 System means DST’s TA2000TM computerized data processing system for shareholder accounting. 2. Any references to Law shall be construed to the Law as amended to the date of the effectiveness of the applicable provision referencing the Law. 3. Fund acknowledges that DST’s ability to perform the Services is subject to the following dependencies: (i) Fund and other Persons that are not employees or agents of DST whose cooperation is reasonably required for DST to provide the Services providing cooperation, information and, as applicable, instructions to DST promptly, in agreed formats, by agreed media and within agreed timeframes as required to provide the Services. (ii) The communications systems operated by Fund and other Persons that are not employees or agents of DST remaining fully operational. (iii) The accuracy and completeness of any Fund Data or other information provided to DST in connection with the Services by any Person. (iv) Any warranty, representation, covenant or undertaking expressly made by Fund under or in connection with this Agreement being and remaining true, correct and discharged at all relevant times. 4. The following Services will be performed by DST and, as applicable, are contingent on the performance by Fund of the duties and obligations listed.

Examples of TA2000 System in a sentence

  • The current recovery goal is to have the TA2000 System as provided for in the Business Contingency Plan operational 4 hours after DST’s declaration of a disaster.

  • During the term of this Agreement DST will implement on behalf of the Trust, without additional cost, all modifications, enhancements, or changes which DST may make to the TA2000 System in the normal course of its business and which are applicable to functions and features offered by the Trust, unless substantially all DST clients are charged separately for such modifications, enhancements or changes.

  • CUSIPs are subject to account service fees until purged from the TA2000 System.

  • In no event shall DST be obligated to implement or to use modifications, enhancements, or changes for which DST is entitled to a fee increase under this Section 24.B. which DST may make to the TA2000 System, the Trust be entitled to the benefits so provided, unless DST and the Trust shall have agreed to the additional fees applicable thereto.

  • All enhancements, improvements, changes, modifications or new features added to the TA2000 System however developed or paid for shall be, and shall remain, the confidential and exclusive property of, and proprietary to, DST.

  • In the event that the Transfer Agent is to become the transfer agent for new funds or portfolios and that the requirements of such funds or portfolios are generally consistent with services then being provided by the Transfer Agent under this Agreement, the Transfer Agent shall, at the request of the Fund, establish such fund or portfolio on the TA2000 System with all applicable Fund attributes.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Bank's only warranty with respect to year 2000 compliance is that the Bank's processing systems and software (the "TA2000 System") will be year 2000 compliant during the term set forth in Section 14 of this Agreement.

  • That redemption transactions and payments be effected timely, under normal circumstances on the day of receipt, and accurately in accordance with redemption instructions received by DST from Authorized Persons, broker-dealers or shareholders and the data in the Fund's records on the TA2000 System; E.

Related to TA2000 System

  • SDX System means the system used by NERC to exchange system data.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Computer System means (1) computers with related peripheral components, including storage components, (2) systems and applications software, (3) terminal devices, (4) related communications networks or customer communication systems, and (5) related electronic funds transfer systems; by which data or monies are electronically collected, transmitted, processed, stored or retrieved.

  • SCADA System means the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System which is composed of all telemetering and remote terminal units (“RTU”) at the Facility and associated with the Grid System or BPDB’s Control Center;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Record system means any group of records under the control of the division from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of an individual, number, symbol, or other unique retriever assigned to an individual.

  • Utility system means electrical equipment owned by or under the control of a serving utility that is used for the transmission or dis- tribution of electricity from the source of supply to the point of contact and is defined in section 90.2 (b)(5) of the National Electri- cal Code, 1981 edition (see RCW 19.28.010(1)).

  • Operating System refers to the software that manages Hardware for Programs and other software.

  • Automated driving system means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.

  • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.

  • Control system means a system for controlling the light output of a Luminaire, including:

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.
