Synthetic Product definition

Synthetic Product means those hydrocarbons, having a chemical composition substantially consisting of molecules with five or more carbon atoms each, produced using Licensor Technology in the practice of the Conversion Process at a Licensed Plant.
Synthetic Product means any product in the Field that is created, produced, developed, or identified in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by or on behalf of Synthetic during the Term through use or practice of Intrexon Channel Technology, Intrexon IP, or the Intrexon Materials.

Examples of Synthetic Product in a sentence

  • Upon the attainment of certain milestone events by each different Synthetic Product, Synthetic has agreed to issue to Intrexon certain equity interests of Synthetic, or at Synthetic’s election make a cash payment to Intrexon at the fair market value of the equity interests, as set forth in the Equity Agreements.

  • Synthetic covenants that it shall not use any trademark confusingly similar to any Intrexon Trademarks in connection with any products (including any Synthetic Product).

  • In connection with such research and development, a Third Party selected by Synthetic and approved by the JSC, which approval cannot be unreasonably withheld, may manufacture and supply pre-clinical quantities of each Synthetic Product.

  • From time to time during the Term, Intrexon shall have the right to obtain from Synthetic samples of Synthetic Product sold by Synthetic or its Affiliates or sublicensees, or other items which reflect public uses of the Intrexon Trademarks or patent markings, for the purpose of inspecting the quality of such Synthetic Products, the use of the Intrexon Trademarks, or the accuracy of the patent markings.

  • Alternatively, if borrowers are not free to choose their own lawyer, legal fees are defined as value given and are therefore included in the cost of credit.

  • Commencing with the Effective Date, in the event that are negative Net Sales for a particular Synthetic Product in any calendar quarter, neither Synthetic nor Intrexon shall owe any payments hereunder with respect to such Synthetic Product.

  • Executive Officer of Intrexon shall have the authority to finally resolve such dispute; and (ii) in the case of any other disputes, including the manufacture of a Synthetic Product active pharmaceutical ingredient, the Executive Officer of Synthetic shall have the authority to finally resolve such dispute.

  • Licensor agrees to limit its analysis of samples of Synthetic Product and Marketable Products to those analyses necessary to determine compliance with the definition of Marketable Products.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Combination Product means any product that comprises a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product sold in conjunction with another active component so as to be a combination product (whether packaged together or in the same therapeutic formulation).

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Anti-Static Product means a product that is labeled to eliminate, prevent, or inhibit the accumulation of static electricity. “Anti-Static Product” does not include “Electronic Cleaner,” “Floor Polish or Wax,” “Floor Coating,” and products that meet the definition of “Aerosol Coating Product” or “Architectural Coating.”

  • Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Therapeutic diet means meals served that are soft, low-fat, low-sodium or controlled calorie.

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a Licensed Product in any country, any biosimilar product sold by a Third Party not authorized by or on behalf of Celgene, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, (a) that is a biosimilar biological product, as defined in 21 USC 379j-51 (or any successor or replacement thereof), a similar biological medicinal product, as defined in Annex I to Directive 2001/83/EC (or any successor or replacement thereof), or any similar biosimilar or generic product under the Laws of any country or jurisdiction, or (b) regarding which Regulatory Approval is obtained by referencing Regulatory Data of such Licensed Product.
