Examples of Intrexon IP in a sentence
Except as explicitly set forth in Sections 3.1 and 3.5, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Intrexon from practicing or using the Intrexon Materials, Intrexon Channel Technology, and Intrexon IP for any purpose, and to grant to Third Parties the right to do the same.

Fibrocell hereby covenants that it shall not, nor shall it permit any Affiliate or, if applicable, (sub)licensee, to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP, Intrexon Channel Technology, or Intrexon Materials for any purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Agreement.
If Fibrocell transfers any Intrexon Materials under this Section 3.2(a), Fibrocell will remain obligated to ensure that the rights of Intrexon in and to the Intrexon Materials and Intrexon IP and under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of this Agreement are not violated by any such Third Party contractor.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ZIOPHARM acknowledges that Intrexon has all rights, in Intrexon’s sole discretion, to make the Intrexon Materials, Intrexon Channel Technology (including any active pharmaceutical ingredient used in a ZIOPHARM Product), and Intrexon IP available to Third Party channel partners for use in fields outside the Field.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Fibrocell acknowledges that Intrexon has all rights, in Intrexon’s sole discretion, to make the Intrexon Materials, Intrexon Channel Technology (including any active pharmaceutical ingredient used in a Fibrocell Product), and Intrexon IP available to Third Party channel partners or collaborators for use in fields outside the Field.
AquaBounty hereby covenants that it shall not, nor shall it permit any Affiliate or, if applicable, (sub)licensee, to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP, Intrexon Channel Technology, or Intrexon Materials for any purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Agreement.
If AquaBounty transfers any Intrexon Materials under this Section 3.2(a), AquaBounty will take commercially reasonable steps, including contractually obligating any such Third Party contractors, to ensure that the rights of Intrexon in and to the Intrexon Materials and Intrexon IP and under the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of this Agreement are not violated by any such Third Party contractor.
