Swiss Addendum definition

Swiss Addendum means the EU SCCs as amended by Attachment E.
Swiss Addendum means the Swiss Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses in Annex 4 (Swiss Addendum);

More Definitions of Swiss Addendum

Swiss Addendum means the Swiss Standard Contractual Clauses Addendum as set out in Exhibit E of this Addendum.
Swiss Addendum means the EU SCCs as recognized and adopted by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (“FDPIC”) under Art. 6 para. 2 and 3 of the Ordinance to the Federal Act on Data Protection DPO, SR. 235.11, as adopted, amended or updated by the FDPIC.

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.

  • Supplemental Agreement means an agreement supplemental to this Agreement, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement to be entered into by the Secretary of State and the Company pursuant to which the Company agrees to establish and maintain, and to carry on or provide for the carrying on, and the Secretary of State agrees to fund, an Academy in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Supplemental Agreement and this Agreement;

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Addenda or Addendum means additional directions, modifications and alternations to solicitation which is issued as separate document prior to the time of receipt of bids or proposals

  • Lender Joinder Agreement as defined in Subsection 2.8(c).

  • Joinder Agreement means a joinder agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D executed and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.13.
