The County, in lieu of adopting a resolution, may approve any future Sponsor Affiliate by way of the County Administrator and Chair of the County Council jointly executing and returning the Joinder Agreement, in a form substantially similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit B to the Company and Sponsor Affiliate.
