Lender Addendum definition
Lender Addendum with respect to any initial Lender, a Lender Addendum, substantially in the form of Exhibit J, to be executed and delivered by such Lender on the Closing Date as provided in Section 10.17.
Lender Addendum means with respect to any Lender on the Closing Date, a lender addendum in the form of Exhibit I, to be executed and delivered by such Lender on the Closing Date as provided in Section 10.15.
