Supplier Terms and Conditions definition

Supplier Terms and Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale of Supplier applicable to any Product.
Supplier Terms and Conditions means these terms and conditions as read together with the General Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; and
Supplier Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in Appendix 1 of this Service Schedule. Term means the term of this Service Schedule, commencing on the date of execution and ending on the date it is terminated in accordance with its terms.

More Definitions of Supplier Terms and Conditions

Supplier Terms and Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale of Supplier applicable to any Product. “UCC” means Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of New York, as amended from time to time. “VPA” means any volume purchase agreement or similar purchase agreement executed between the Supplier and any Buyer.
