Supplier Framework Manager definition

Supplier Framework Manager has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.1.1 of this Framework Schedule 8; and

To achieve this strategic relationship, there will be a requirement to adopt proactive framework management activities which will be informed by quality Management Information, and the sharing of information between the Supplier and the Authority. This Framework Schedule 8 outlines the general structures and management activities that the Parties shall follow during the Framework Period.

Related to Supplier Framework Manager

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Framework Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Framework Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Framework Agreement as part of this Framework;

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Owner/operator means the owner(s), operator(s), lessor(s), lessee(s) and/or supervisor(s) of an air contaminant source and/or a person authorized to represent such person(s).

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
