Project Manager / General Contractor definition

Project Manager / General Contractor means the individual who represents the Design-Builder and has overall responsibility to design and build the Project, as described in the Proponent’s Response.

Related to Project Manager / General Contractor

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
