Prior to commencing any work at the airport the Temporary Specialized Aviation Service Operator must have the Aircraft Owner/Operator submit a request to the Airport Director on behalf of the TSASO requesting a 60-day Letter of Authorization for maintenance or a 180-day Letter of Authorization for flight instruction.
Around the time the Studio is opening, Franchisor may send one (1) or more representatives to the Studio to (i) provide assistance and recommendations regarding the opening and initial operations of the Studio, and/or (ii) provide additional or refresher training associated with the Owner/Operator Module and/or the Bridge Training Program, all as Franchisor determines appropriate in its discretion (collectively, the “Discretionary On-Site Assistance”).
