Sunseeker Project definition

Sunseeker Project means the construction of a hotel and/or condominium-hotel on the Borrower’s or one of its Subsidiaries’ owned real estate in Port Charlotte, FL.
Sunseeker Project means the construction of a hotel and/or condominium-hotel on the Company or one of its Subsidiaries’ owned real estate in Port Charlotte, Florida and related amenities. “Trademark Security Agreement” means the Trademark Security Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among the Company and Sunrise Asset Management, LLC, as grantors, and the Collateral Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented, extended or amended and restated from time to time.
Sunseeker Project means the construction of a hotel and/or condominium-hotel on the Company or one of its Subsidiaries’ owned real estate in Port Charlotte, Florida and related amenities. “Survey” shall mean a survey of any Mortgaged Property (and all improvements thereon) which is (a) (i) prepared by a surveyor or engineer licensed to perform surveys in the jurisdiction where such Mortgaged Property is located, (ii) dated (or redated) not earlier than nine months prior to the date of delivery thereof unless there shall have occurred within nine months prior to such date of delivery any material exterior construction on the site of such Mortgaged Property or any material easement, right of way or other interest in the Mortgaged Property has been granted or become effective through operation of law or otherwise with respect to such Mortgaged Property which, in either case, can be depicted on a survey, in which events, as applicable, such survey shall be dated (or redated) within a reasonable period after the completion of such construction or if 31

Sunseeker Project means the construction of a hotel and/or condominium-hotel on the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries’ owned real estate in Port Charlotte, Florida and related amenities. “Swap Obligation” means, with respect to any Guarantor, any obligation to pay or perform under any agreement, contract or transaction that constitutes a “swap” within the meaning of Section 1a(47) of the Commodity Exchange Act.

  • Power Project or “Project” shall mean the Solar power generation facility of Contracted Capacity of ………..[Insert capacity] MW, located at [Insert name of the place] in …. [Insert name of the District and State] having a separate control system, metering and separate points of injection into the grid at Delivery/Interconnection/Metering point at ISTS substation or in case of sharing of transmission lines, by separate injection at pooling point. This includes all units and auxiliaries such as water supply, treatment or storage facilities; bay/s for transmission system in the switchyard, dedicated transmission line up to the Delivery Point and all the other assets, buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery, facilities and related assets required for the efficient and economic operation of the power generation facility; whether completed or at any stage of development and construction or intended to be developed and constructed for the purpose of supply of power as per this Agreement;

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Transportation project means any project that the department is authorized by law to undertake including but not limited to a highway, tollway, bridge, mass transit, intelligent transportation system, traffic management, traveler information services, or any other project for transportation purposes.

  • Temporary clean coal technology demonstration project means a clean coal technology demonstration project that is operated for a period of five years or less and that complies with the SIP and other requirements necessary to attain and maintain the national ambient air quality standards during the project and after the project is terminated.

  • Redevelopment means areas where development is replacing older development.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
