Subsidiary Guaranty Agreements definition

Subsidiary Guaranty Agreements appearing in Section 1.1 of the Subsidiary Security Agreement shall be amended and restated in their entirety to read as follows:
Subsidiary Guaranty Agreements means, collectively, (i) each Guaranty (Amended and Restated) executed by L & L Transportation, Inergy Transportation and Inergy Sales, respectively, in favor of the Administrative Agent, dated the Closing Date, and (ii) any amendments, renewals, restatements, replacements, consolidations or other modifications thereof from time to time.
Subsidiary Guaranty Agreements means the collective reference to each unconditional guaranty agreement executed by the Subsidiary Guarantor party thereto in favor of itself for the ratable benefit of itself and the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Subsidiary Guaranty Agreements means any guaranty agreement now or hereafter in effect executed by one or more Subsidiaries in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Guaranteed Parties, pursuant to which such Subsidiaries shall guarantee the Guaranteed Obligations, each of which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit F (with, in the case of any guaranty agreement provided by any Foreign Subsidiary, such modifications relating to any applicable foreign law or custom as shall be reasonably approved by the Administrative Agent).
