Indenture of Trust definition

Indenture of Trust means the indenture of trust relating to the Bonds, as modified, amended and/or supplemented from time to time.
Indenture of Trust means the Indenture of Trust dated as of October 1, 2005, among the Purchaser, as issuer, the Purchaser ELT, as eligible lender trustee, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as indenture trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”), as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Indenture of Trust means the Amended and Restated Indenture of Trust, dated as of March 1, 2005, among Purchaser, The Bank of New York, as Eligible Lender Trustee, and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
