Note Guaranty definition

Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Any Note Guaranty constitutes a guaranty of payment and not of collection.

  • The execution by each Guarantor of this Indenture (or a supplemental indenture in the form of Exhibit B) evidences the Note Guaranty of such Guarantor, whether or not the person signing as an officer of the Guarantor still holds that office at the time of authentication of any Note.

More Definitions of Note Guaranty

Note Guaranty means the Guarantee of the Notes pursuant to Article X hereof, which may be evidenced by a notation on the Notes substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Note Guaranty means the Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by each Note Guarantor and the Purchaser Representative for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as supplemented in accordance with the terms of Section 5.12 hereof.
