Note Guaranty definition

Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture.
Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.

  • Any portion of the Purchase Money Note Guaranty Fee that is not paid when due shall accrue interest for each day unpaid, from the Distribution Date such amount becomes payable until it is paid in full (after as well as before judgment), at a rate per annum equal to the Purchase Money Note Interest Rate, payable in accordance with Section 5.1 of the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement.
