Additional Subsidiary Guarantor definition

Additional Subsidiary Guarantor means each Person that becomes a Subsidiary Guarantor after the Closing Date by execution of an Accession Agreement as provided in Section 6.12.
Additional Subsidiary Guarantor means any Subsidiary of the Borrower that provides a Subsidiary Guaranty in accordance with Section 5.10(a).
Additional Subsidiary Guarantor means, at any time, each Subsidiary of the Company which is (a) a guarantor of the obligations of the Company or any Subsidiary under a Principal Credit Facility or (b) a borrower or other obligor under a Principal Credit Facility.

Additional Subsidiary Guarantor means any Material Subsidiary that the Company has elected to have become a Subsidiary Guarantor; provided that if such Material Subsidiary is organized in any jurisdiction where no existing Subsidiary Guarantor is organized, then such Material Subsidiary shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (it being understood that the Specified Target Subsidiaries are reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent).
