Sub-Group definition

Sub-Group. Each sub-group of Loan Group II referred to as the Group II-A Loans and the Group II-B Loans.
Sub-Group means of a group within the prudential consolidation of such Group Entity pursuant to Chapter 2 of Title II of Part One of the CRD IV Regulation other than the UniCredit Group.
Sub-Group shall have the meaning given to such term in the Reorganization Agreement.

Examples of Sub-Group in a sentence

  • It shall consist of three members: (1) the Superintendent, (2) the President of the Union Sub-Group (or his/her designee) of the petitioning employee, and (3) Chairperson of the Benefits Committee or his/her designee.

Sub-Group. Either Sub-group 1A or Sub-group 1B.
