Stockpiles definition

Stockpiles means a reserve supply of accumulated material. (topsoil, spoil, coal, etc).
Stockpiles means any and all stockpiles, dumps or man-made piles ---------- containing a specified substance, whether existing now or established in the future.
Stockpiles means the stockpiles of coal refuse material which are located on the properties more particularly described in. Exhibit A and the additional properties that may be added to Exhibit A pursuant to Section 2.1(b) hereof.

Stockpiles means a heap of ore, coal or waste which exceeds three metres in height and is intended for future reclamation and in relation to which special efforts must be taken to keep water from infiltrating the ore and becoming a contamination concern;

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • PAD means a Preauthorized Debit.
