Stockholder Requested Special Meeting definition

Stockholder Requested Special Meeting means a special stockholders meeting called at the request of a stockholder or stockholders, by the Secretary, in accordance with Section 5(C) of this Article II.
Stockholder Requested Special Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(i) of Article III of these Bylaws.   • A stockholder may revoke a Special Meeting Request by written revocation delivered to the Secretary at any time prior to the Stockholder Requested Special Meeting.

  • Scoping meeting means a meeting between representatives of the applicant and the EDU conducted for but not limited to the following purposes:

  • Holders’ Meeting means a meeting among the Holders held in accordance with Clause 17 (Holders’ Meeting).

  • Disinterested Shareholder means a shareholder that is not an Insider to whom options may be granted under the Plan and they are not an Associate of any Insider.
