Parent Stockholders Meeting definition

Parent Stockholders Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

Parent Stockholders Meeting means a meeting of the stockholders of Parent to consider the approval of the Parent Stock Issuance, including any postponement, adjournment or recess thereof.
