Stock Options Account definition

Stock Options Account means any account now or in future opened and maintained in the name of the Client with BS Securities for conducting Transactions in accordance with the Agreement, and/or all other account(s) of whatsoever nature now or in future opened and maintained in the name of the Client with BS Securities in accordance with the Agreement or other agreement or document;
Stock Options Account means an Account opened particularly for trading stock options;
Stock Options Account means an Account with the Company for effecting options trading on the Instructions of the Client, which is primarily governed by the terms set out in Appendix III (Options Trading);

  • ESL agrees to open and maintain a Stock Options Account in the name of the Client and will act as agent (except as principal(s) on occasions specified in the Stock Options Trading Agreement).

  • The proceeds received and the related balance standing to credit of the Employee Stock Options Account are credited to share capital (nominal value) and Securities Premium Account.Share appreciation rights which are cash settled, are recognised as employee benefit expense over the relevant service period.

  • Nonstatutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.
