ESL agrees to open and maintain a Stock Options Account in the name of the Client and will act as agent (except as principal(s) on occasions specified in the Stock Options Trading Agreement).
The proceeds received and the related balance standing to credit of the Employee Stock Options Account are credited to share capital (nominal value) and Securities Premium Account.Share appreciation rights which are cash settled, are recognised as employee benefit expense over the relevant service period.
