STI Development definition

STI Development means any improvement or development, whether or not patentable or protectable as a trade secret, relating to or deriving from the STI Technology, made by STI and/or Cal/West, pursuant to and during the term of this Agreement, including all patents and patent applications to be filed relating to any such improvements or developments.
