Sterling LIBO Rate definition

Sterling LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Sterling LIBOR Borrowing for any Interest Period, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the date that is 1 Business Day prior to the commencement of such Interest Period by reference to the British Bankers Association Interest Settlement Rate that appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 (or such other comparable page as may, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, replace such page for the purpose of displaying such rates) that displays an average ICE Benchmark Administration interest settlement rate for deposits in Sterling (or the successor thereto if the ICE Benchmark Administration is no longer making the applicable interest settlement rate available) for a period equal to such Interest Period and for an amount approximately equal to the proposed Sterling LIBOR Borrowing; provided that to the extent that an interest rate is not ascertainable pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this definition, the “Sterling LIBO Rate” shall be the interest rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent to be the average of the rates per annum at which deposits in Sterling are offered for such relevant Interest Period to major banks in the London interbank market by the Administrative Agent at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the date that is 1 Business Day prior to the beginning of such Interest Period.
Sterling LIBO Rate means, for any Sterling Interest Period with respect to any Sterling Advance:
Sterling LIBO Rate has the meaning specified in the definition ofEurodollar Rate”.

More Definitions of Sterling LIBO Rate

Sterling LIBO Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on the page of the Reuters screen that displays the ICE Benchmark Administration Limited rate for deposits in Sterling (or any successor thereto or substitute therefor provided by Reuters, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to Sterling deposits in the London interbank market) (the “LIBO Screen Rate”) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for Sterling deposits with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period; provided that, if the LIBO Screen Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “Sterling LIBO Rate” with respect to such Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be a rate per annum reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent in good faith to be the rate per annum at which deposits in Sterling for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period in immediately available funds in the approximate amount of the Loan being made, continued or converted by the Administrative Agent and with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period would be offered to the Administrative Agent by major banks in the London interbank market for Sterling at their request at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that, if such rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement.
Sterling LIBO Rate means, with respect to the Interest Period for a Sterling Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum equal to the BBA Interest Settlement Rate per annum at which deposits in Sterling are offered in London, England to prime banks in the London interbank market for such Interest Period as displayed on Telerate Screen page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the first day of such Interest Period in an amount substantially equal to such Sterling Eurodollar Loan comprising part of such Borrowing to be outstanding during such Interest Period. Telerate Screen page 3750 means the display designated as page 3750 on the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace page 3750 on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the BBA as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying BBA Interest Settlement Rates for Sterling). If such rate does not appear on Telerate Screen page 3750 on any relevant date for the determination of the Sterling LIBO Rate, the Sterling LIBO Rate shall be an interest rate equal to the rate per annum of the average (rounded upward to the nearest whole multiple of 1/100 of 1% per annum, if such average is not such a multiple) of the rate per annum at which deposits in Sterling are offered to the principal office of the Administrative Agent in London, England by prime banks in the London interbank market at 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the first day of such Interest Period in an amount substantially equal to the Sterling Eurodollar Loan comprising part of such Borrowing to be outstanding during such Interest Period.
Sterling LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Sterling LIBOR Borrowing for any Interest Period, (eeeeeee) the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) on the date that is 1 Business Day prior to the commencement of such Interest Period by reference to the British Bankers Association Interest Settlement Rate that appears on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 (or such other comparable page as may, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, replace such page for the purpose of displaying such rates) that displays an average ICE Benchmark Administration interest settlement rate for deposits in Sterling (or the successor thereto if the ICE Benchmark Administration is no longer making the applicable interest settlement rate available) for a period equal to such Interest Period and for an amount approximately equal to the proposed Sterling LIBOR Borrowing; or

Sterling LIBO Rate means, for any Sterling Interest Period with respect to any Sterling Advance, the Sterling Screen Rate for such Sterling Interest Period as of approximately 11:00 A.M., London time, on the first day of such Sterling Interest Period.

Related to Sterling LIBO Rate

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning assigned thereto in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Eurocurrency Rate means, for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Loan:

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the quotient of the following:

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Eurodollar Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurodollar Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurodollar Base Rate

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurocurrency Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurocurrency Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate means, with respect to a Eurocurrency Rate Advance for the relevant Interest Period:

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Adjusted EURIBO Rate means, with respect to any EURIBOR Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the EURIBO Rate for such Interest Period and (b) the Mandatory Costs Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurocurrency Rate for each outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurocurrency Reserve Percentage.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin I 52.50 II 62.50 III 72.50 IV 82.50 V 92.50

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • 3-Month LIBOR means the London interbank offered interest rate for three-month, U.S. dollar deposits determined by the Trustee in the following order of priority:
