Adjusted LIBO Rate definition

Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.
Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.
Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any LIBO Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of one percent (1%)) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate. The Adjusted LIBO Rate will be adjusted automatically as to all LIBO Borrowings then outstanding as of the effective date of any change in the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • The Administrative Agent will notify the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.23, in advance of any change to the reference rate upon Loans bearing interest at the Adjusted LIBO Rate.

  • No replacement of the Adjusted LIBO Rate with a Benchmark Replacement pursuant to this Section 2.23 will occur prior to the applicable Benchmark Transition Start Xxxx.xx Daily Simple SOFR, all interest payments will be payable on a monthly basis.

More Definitions of Adjusted LIBO Rate

Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period for a Eurodollar Borrowing, the greater of (a) the rate per annum obtained by dividing (i) LIBOR for such Interest Period by (ii) a percentage equal to 1.00 minus the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage and (b) 0%.
Adjusted LIBO Rate means, for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.
Adjusted LIBO Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum obtained by dividing (i) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period by (ii) a percentage equal to 100% minus the LIBO Rate Reserve Percentage for such Interest Period.

Adjusted LIBO Rate means, as to any Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period divided by (b) one minus the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.
