The Administrative Agent will notify the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.23, in advance of any change to the reference rate upon Loans bearing interest at the Adjusted LIBO Rate.
No replacement of the Adjusted LIBO Rate with a Benchmark Replacement pursuant to this Section 2.23 will occur prior to the applicable Benchmark Transition Start Xxxx.xx Daily Simple SOFR, all interest payments will be payable on a monthly basis.
