Relevant Date. For the purposes of Article 33(3), the relevant date for the consideration of inventive step (non-obvious- ness) is the date prescribed in Rule 64.1. Rule 66
Relevant Date. Any notice is considered to have been given on the earliest of:

Relevant Date. As used in these Conditions, “Relevant Date” in respect of any Note means the date on which payment in respect of such Note first becomes due or (if any amount of the money payable is improperly withheld or refused) the date on which notice is duly given to the Noteholders that such payment will be made, provided that payment is in fact made.
