Reuters Screen means, when used in connection with any designated page and LIBOR, the display page so designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying rates comparable to LIBOR).

Reuters Screen means the display on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service or any successor or replacement service, on the page or pages, or any successor or replacement page or pages on that service.

Examples of Reuters Screen in a sentence

• In determining LIBOR and any Pass-Through Rate for the COFI Certificates or any Reserve Interest Rate, the Trustee may conclusively rely and shall be protected in relying upon the offered quotations (whether written, oral or on the Reuters Screen) from the Reference Banks or the New York City banks as to LIBOR or the Reserve Interest Rate, as appropriate, in effect from time to time.

• If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, the rate for the LIBOR Determination Date will be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars are offered by the Reference Banks at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on that day to prime banks in the London interbank market for a period equal to one month (commencing on the first day of such Interest Accrual Period).

• If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, the rate for that LIBOR Determination Date shall be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars are offered by the Reference Banks at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on that day to prime banks in the London interbank market for a one-month period.

• On any Interest Determination Date, LIBOR will be equal to the offered rate for deposits in U.S. dollars having an index maturity of three months for the next Interest Period, in amounts of at least $1,000,000, as such rate appears on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on such Interest Determination Date.

• If the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 is replaced by another service or ceases to exist, the Calculation Agent will use the replacing service or such other service that is selected to display the London interbank offered rates for U.S. dollar deposits.
