Reuters Screen definition

Reuters Screen means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

Reuters Screen means, when used in connection with any designated page and LIBOR, the display page so designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying rates comparable to LIBOR).

Reuters Screen means Reuters Page LIBOR01 (or such other page that may replace that page on such service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates) as reported by Bloomberg Financial Markets Commodities News as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on the Interest Determination Date.

• If the Final Terms specify the Interest Rate applicable to the Instruments as being Floating Rate it shall also specify which page (the " Relevant Screen Page") on the Reuters Screen or any other information vending service shall be applicable.

Reuters Screen means, with respect to (i) USD Advances, LIBOR01 Page, (ii) EUR Advances, EURIBOR01 Page, (iii) GBP Advances, LIBOR02 Page and (iv) CAD Advances, CDOR Page, each on the Reuters Screen Page on the Bloomberg Financial Markets Commodities News (in each case, or on any successor or substitute page of such service, or any successor to or substitute for such service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to deposits in USD or Permitted Non-USD Currencies, as applicable, in the London interbank market or, in the case of CAD Advances, accepted by a leading bank in the Toronto interbank market that is reasonably acceptable to the Portfolio Manager).
