Stadium Manager means the entity retained by the Authority to provide management and pre-opening services for the Stadium, as well as any entity providing management, operation, or pre- opening services for the Stadium (including not-for-profit businesses).

Stadium Manager means either StadCo or a management company hired by StadCo to manage the Stadium operations, as any such management company may be replaced from time to time in StadCo’s sole discretion.

• Commencing with the Term Commencement Date and continuing thereafter during the remainder of the Term, StadCo will engage, and at all times retain, a Stadium Manager to operate and manage the Premises pursuant to a stadium management agreement (a “Stadium Management Agreement”) and any Stadium Manager must, at the time of entry into the Stadium Management Agreement, and at all times during the term of its Stadium Management Agreement, meet the requirements of a Qualified Stadium Manager.

• In all instances, each Stadium Management Agreement shall (i) require the Stadium Manager to comply with the terms of this Agreement as to the use and operation of the Premises and (ii) provide that the Authority shall be a third-party beneficiary and a permitted assignee thereof.

• Commencing with the Term Commencement Date and continuing thereafter during the remainder of the Term, StadCo will engage, and at all times retain, a stadium manager to operate and manage the Premises pursuant to a stadium management agreement (a “Stadium Management Agreement”) and any stadium manager must, at the time of entry into the Stadium Management Agreement, and at all times during the term of its Stadium Management Agreement, meet the requirements of a Qualified Stadium Manager.

• All such Cups, Trophies, Pennants and other awards and presentations are to be in the sole custody of BUSSELTON HOCKEY Stadium Manager, who, shall keep such items in good repair and up to date at all times.

• Should it be deemed necessary by the Protests and Disputes Tribunal, the Club against which the complaint is lodged shall be given at least twenty-four (24) hour notice by the Stadium Manager of the time and place at which a Club representative and the player(s) concerned may be asked to appear before the Protests and Disputes Tribunal.

• The removal of any item for repair or updating may only be done with the permission of the Stadium Manager.

• A registration list of each Club’s members to be presented to the Stadium Manager by the sixth (6th) fixture week.

Stadium Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 25(b) of these Terms and Conditions.

Stadium Manager or “Manager” shall mean the third-party management company or individual mutually agreed upon by the Authority and the Vikings to manage the Stadium Site and certain major vendors to the Stadium Site in accordance with the Management Agreement.
