Stadium Site definition

Stadium Site means all or portions of the current site of the Existing Stadium and adjacent areas, bounded generally by Park and Eleventh Avenues and Third and Sixth Streets in the City of Minneapolis, together with any vacated streets or other lands acquired for the development, construction and use of the Project.

Stadium Site means the real property, rights, easements, and access areas associated with the Stadium Site Plan and includes the site of the Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure; provided, that by way of clarification and with respect to the responsibilities and obligations of the Manager, the parking facilities shall not be considered as part of the Stadium Site, notwithstanding the Stadium Site Boundary set forth on the Appendix A Stadium Site Plan.

Stadium Site is defined in the Recitals. “Stadium Sublease” is defined in the Recitals.

Stadium Site means the real property, rights, easements, and access areas associated with the Stadium Site Plan and includes the site of the Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure.
