Stadium Agreement definition

Stadium Agreement means the stadium agreements entered between the FIFA and/or the LOC on the one side and the stadium owner/operator on the other side for the use of a Stadium for the Competitions, which may contain a stadium agreement cover and/or the stadium use agreement.

Stadium Agreement means that agreement between the City and the Team Owner, which, among other things, will include or provide that (i) the City will be obligated to cause the development, construction and delivery of the Stadium, (ii) the City will license to the Team Owner the ability to use and operate the Stadium on such terms and conditions as the Stadium Agreement may provide, (iii) the Team will be obligated to play its home baseball games in the Stadium for a period of twenty (20) years, with one ten-year renewal option exercisable by the Team, (iv) the Stadium will be managed by the parties specified therein, and (v) the various parties will allocate responsibility for and entitlement to various costs and revenues generated by operation of the Stadium. The final form of the Stadium Agreement, including any changes to the foregoing terms, shall be memorialized in the executed Stadium Agreement.
