petroleum agreement definition

petroleum agreement means an agreement for the purpose of petroleum activities entered into by Government and another person in accordance with this Act;
petroleum agreement means any agreement, license, contract or other arrangement between the Government and a contractor to conduct upstream petroleum operations in accordance with the provisions of this Act, and may include ─
petroleum agreement or “this Agreement” means the agreement of which this Appendix I forms part.
