Clean Team Agreement definition

Clean Team Agreement means the Clean Team Agreement, dated as of March 24, 2019, by and among Buyer, Seller and their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates.

Clean Team Agreement means the Clean Team Amendment to the Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of July 21, 2021, by and between Parent and the Company.
