SONGS definition

SONGS means the San Xxxxxx Nuclear Generating Station Units 2 and 3.
SONGS means all musical compositions, sound recordings and, in each case, any interests therein, together with all copyrights and other rights arising therefrom that are made available on any product or service of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

SONGS means the musical compositions which are the subject of the SongSelect Lead Sheet Subscription issued by CCLI.
SONGS means a songwriter’s and/or publisher’s interest in a musical composition (including any literary works) and/or an artist’s or label’s interest in a sound recording and including where the context permits any associated or related rights including so-called neighbouring rights and/or the right to equitable remuneration;
SONGS means, with respect to each Asset Purchase, those certain Compositions and/or Recordings (as applicable) set forth on the applicable Purchase Schedule, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, each of which such Purchase Schedules may be updated from time-to-time upon mutual agreement of the Parties hereto, as further set forth in Section 2 below.
