Small Cell Equipment definition

Small Cell Equipment means a Small Cell Facility and all Accessory Equipment.
Small Cell Equipment. Means wireless facilities and transmission media, including femtocells, picocells, and/or Outside Distributed Antenna Systems (ODAS) attached, mounted, or installed on an Existing Pole or Wireless Pole in the public Rights-of-Way and used to provide personal communications services.
Small Cell Equipment means Wireless Facilities and Transmission Media, including femtocells, picocells and microcells, Outside Distributed Antenna Systems (ODAS) attached, mounted or installed on an Existing Pole or Wireless Pole in the public Rights-of-Way and used to provide Personal Communications Services. This term does not include Wireless Cabinets. This term does not include a WT Compound, WT Equipment or WT Facilities as those terms are defined in Section 57-3 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of Morris.

Examples of Small Cell Equipment in a sentence

  • Small Cell Equipment shall not interfere with the primary purpose of a Wireless Support Structure.

  • If Small Cell Equipment is projecting toward the street then the Small Cell Equipment shall be installed no less than sixteen (16) feet above ground level.

  • The City shall not approve the proposed location of ground-mounted Small Cell Equipment unless the Applicant (1) proposes the ground-mounted equipment in connection with a Collocation, and (2) shows that the equipment cannot be feasibly placed on the Wireless Support Structure or in an underground vault.

More Definitions of Small Cell Equipment

Small Cell Equipment means Franchisee communication systems or facilities attached, mounted, on installed on a proprietary or leased pole located in the Public Ways of the City used to provide telecommunications services. This definition shall include new types of small cell equipment that may evolve or be adopted using wireless technologies.
Small Cell Equipment means compact communications antennas, transmitters, wires, fiber optic cables and other wireless communications equipment (in addition to control boxes, cables and conduit power sources) utilizing small cell technology in compliance with applicable FCC requirements that is used to provide wireless communications, and is specifically identified and described in Exhibit 1 attached to each approved Site Supplement (as defined below). It does not include separate or additional Wi-Fi equipment, unless specifically authorized in an approved Site Supplement.

Related to Small Cell Equipment

  • Small cell facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications: (i) each antenna is located inside an enclosure of no more than six cubic feet in volume, or, in the case of an antenna that has exposed elements, the antenna and all of its exposed elements could fit within an imaginary enclosure of no more than six cubic feet and (ii) all other wireless equipment associated with the facility has a cumulative volume of no more than 28 cubic feet, or such higher limit as is established by the Federal Communications Commission. The following types of associated equipment are not included in the calculation of equipment volume: electric meter, concealment, telecommunications demarcation boxes, back-up power systems, grounding equipment, power transfer switches, cut-off switches, and vertical cable runs for the connection of power and other services.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Weapons system supplier means any prime contractor or first tier subcontractor engaged in, or having a known prospective interest in the development, production or analysis of any of the weapon systems, as well as any major component or subassembly of such system.
