Small Cell Facilities definition

Small Cell Facilities means any facilities that meet each of the following conditions:

Examples of Small Cell Facilities in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a “standard pole” is a pole that meets the minimum requirements to house the Municipal Facility without any of the Small Cell Facilities on the pole as contemplated herein.

  • All Small Cell Facilities and other WCFs and associated equipment (collectively, “Equipment”) shall meet the current Electric Line Extension and Service Standards requirements.

  • This Agreement does not grant Company the right or license to utilize City Poles for facilities other than Small Cell Facilities.

  • No hazardous materials shall be permitted in association with Equipment, except those necessary or requested for the operations of the Small Cell Facilities and only in accordance with all Laws governing such materials.

  • Upon expiration or non-renewal of this Agreement (or Supplement Site License Term, if later than the expiration or non-renewal of the Agreement), within ninety (90) days of the expiration of the then-current term, the Licensee shall be permitted to remove its Small Cell Facilities installed within the ROW, or alternatively, sell the same to a qualified buyer consistent with Laws.

  • The Parties acknowledge that Small Cell Facilities deployed by Company on a City Pole pursuant to this Agreement may be owned and/or remotely operated by a third-party wireless carrier customer (“Carriers”) and installed and maintained by Company pursuant to existing agreements between Company and a Carrier.

  • The parties acknowledge that the City does not have the expertise to determine if there is harmful interference, and that the City can rely on documentation provided by the third party that its equipment does not interfere with Company’s Small Cell Facilities.

  • In addition, prior to conducting any work in the Public Rights- of-Way on Approved Small Cell Facilities under this Agreement, the Provider shall provide to the Municipality a current emergency response plan identifying staff who have authority to resolve, twenty-four (24) hours a Day, seven (7) Days a week, problems or complaints resulting, directly or indirectly, from the Approved Small Cell Facilities installed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Provider shall obtain, at its sole expense, all applicable permits requi red by the Municipality or any other Agency in accordance with applicable Law and this Agreement to install Approved Small Cell Facilities on Municipal Structures.
