Small Cell Facilities definition

Small Cell Facilities means any facilities that meet each of the following conditions:

Examples of Small Cell Facilities in a sentence

  • A Facilities Operator may replace an existing Wireless Support Structure or Collocate Small Cell Facilities on an Existing Wireless Support Structure even if the Wireless Support Structure is located in an Underground Area.

  • Small Cell Facilities shall be considered substantially similar when the Small Cell Equipment is identical in type, size, appearance and function.

  • No Illumination: Small Cell Facilities shall not be illuminated except for small status LEDs installed by the manufacturer.

  • Building-Mounted Small Cell Facilities: Antennas may be mounted to a building if the antennas do not interrupt the building’s architectural theme.

  • Unless explicitly prohibited elsewhere in this Section, the Executive Director or Office Administrator shall approve/disapprove all applications for construction, placement or use of Small Cell Facilities.

  • Parking Lot Lighting: Small Cell Facilities are permitted as attachments to or replacements of existing parking lot light fixtures.

  • Mounting Brackets: Small Cell Facilities shall utilize the smallest mounting brackets necessary in order to provide the smallest offset from the building.

  • Subsequent deployments on a structure’s exterior will be required to ensure consistent design, architectural treatment and symmetry with any existing Small Cell Facilities on the same side of the structure.

  • Small Cell Facilities in the Right-of-Way shall be considered a permitted use, subject to administrative review as set forth in Subsection A.1.

  • Generators and Battery Backup: Generators are not permitted for Small Cell Facilities.

Related to Small Cell Facilities

  • Small cell facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications: (i) each antenna is located inside an enclosure of no more than six cubic feet in volume, or, in the case of an antenna that has exposed elements, the antenna and all of its exposed elements could fit within an imaginary enclosure of no more than six cubic feet and (ii) all other wireless equipment associated with the facility has a cumulative volume of no more than 28 cubic feet, or such higher limit as is established by the Federal Communications Commission. The following types of associated equipment are not included in the calculation of equipment volume: electric meter, concealment, telecommunications demarcation boxes, back-up power systems, grounding equipment, power transfer switches, cut-off switches, and vertical cable runs for the connection of power and other services.

  • Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:

  • Landfill cell means a discrete volume of a hazardous waste landfill which uses a liner to provide isolation of wastes from adjacent cells or wastes. Examples of landfill cells are trenches and pits.

  • Cannabis testing facility means an entity registered by

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
