Site definition

Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.
Site means any location, facility, or property as defined under any Environmental Law, whether or not presently or formerly owned or operated by the debtor, including, but not limited to, disposal sites.
Site means the land and other places on, under, in or through which the Works or Temporary Works are to be constructed.

More Definitions of Site

Site means the places provided by the Employer where the Works are to be executed, and any other places specified in the Contract as forming part of the Site.
Site means the land/or other places on, into or through which work is to be executed under the contract or any adjacent land, path or street through which work is to be executed under the contract or any adjacent land, path or street which may be allotted or used for the purpose of carrying out the contract.
