Silviculture means the art, science, theory and practice of controlling forest establishment, and the composition, growth and quality of forests to achieve the objectives of good forestry practice and forest management.
Cultural means relating to the habits, practices, beliefs, and traditions of a certain group of people.
Agricultural operations means the growing and harvesting of crops or the raising of fowl or animals for the primary purpose of making a profit, providing a livelihood, or conducting agricultural research or instruction by an educational institution. Agricultural operations do not include activities involving the processing or distribution of crops or fowl.
Agricultural , in reference to use, means land, buildings or structures used, designed or intended to be used solely for an “agricultural operation” as that term is defined in section 1 of the Farming and Food Production Protection Act, 1998, S.O. 1998, c. 1;
Agricultural operation means an agricultural, aquacultural, horticultural or silvicultural operation that is carried on in the expectation of gain or reward.
Agricultural land means land primarily devoted to the
Agricultural lands means land currently used for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity for commercial purposes, land left fallow under a crop rotational program, or land enrolled in an agricultural subsidy or set-aside program.
Farming means the cultivation of land for the production of agricultural crops, the raising of poultry, the production of eggs, the production of milk, the production of fruit or other horticultural crops, grazing, the production of livestock, aquaculture, hydroponics, the production of forest products, or other activities designated by the authority by rules subject to chapter 17A.

Infertility means the condition of an otherwise presumably healthy individual who is unable to conceive or produce conception during a period of one (1) year.
Cultural resources means archaeological and historic sites and artifacts, and traditional religious, ceremonial and social uses and activities of affected Indian tribes.
Cultivation means any activity involving the planting, growing, harvesting, drying, curing, grading, or trimming of cannabis.
Cannabis plant means any plant of the genus Cannabis;
Harvesting means the killing of bluefin tuna in farms or traps.
Turnaround means the procedure of shutting a refinery unit down after a run to do necessary maintenance and repair work and putting the unit back on stream.
Cultural facility means any publicly owned or operated museum, theater, art center, music hall, or other cultural or arts facility.
Agricultural production means the commercial production of food or fiber.
Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
