Severity 2 means the unavailability of an individual resource and redundant capability is not available or exhausted.
Critical incident means an occurrence or set of events inconsistent with the routine operation of a facility, service setting, or otherwise routine care of a consumer. Critical incidents specifically include but are not necessarily limited to the following: adverse drug events; self-destructive behavior; deaths and injuries to consumers, staff and visitors; medication errors; residential consumers that are absent without leave (AWOL); neglect or abuse of a consumer; fire; unauthorized disclosure of information; damage to or theft of property belonging to consumers or the facility; other unexpected occurrences; or events potentially subject to litigation. A critical incident may involve multiple individuals or results.
Data Incident means a breach of Google’s security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data on systems managed by or otherwise controlled by Google.

Privacy Incident means a violation or imminent threat of violation of security policies, acceptable use policies, or standard security practices, involving the breach of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), whether in electronic or paper format.

Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;
Severity means the dollar amount of losses on claims.
Denial of Service Attack means an attack intended by the perpetrator to overwhelm the capacity of a "computer system" by sending an excessive volume of electronic data to such "computer system" in order to prevent authorized access to such "computer system".
Planned Service Interruption means a Service Interruption that has been scheduled to occur in accordance with schedule 5;
Service Interruption means the cessation of electricity supply to an ICP for a period of 1 minute or longer, other than by reason of De-energisation of that ICP:
