Settlement Motion definition

Settlement Motion has the meaning specified in Section 3.02(b).

More Definitions of Settlement Motion

Settlement Motion means the Amended Joint Motion to Approve Settlement of Debtors' Claims Against Non-Debtor Affiliated Parties and LaSalle Bank National Association and to Abandon Certain Assets, which was filed in the Cases on March 24, 2004.
