In accordance with Bankruptcy Rules 2002, 4001(b) and (c), and 9014, and Local Rule 2002-1, notice of the Interim Hearing and the emergency relief requested in the Motion has been provided by the Debtors to the Notice Parties (as defined in the Motion) as set forth therein.
Under the circumstances and given the nature of the relief sought in the Motion, such notice complies with section 102(1) of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rules 2002 and 4001(b) and (c) and Local Rules 2002-1 and 4001-2.
