On and after the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtors may operate their businesses and may use, acquire, and dispose of property, wherever located, and prosecute, compromise, or settle any Claims (including any Administrative Claims) and Causes of Action without supervision of or approval by the Bankruptcy Court, and free and clear of any restrictions of the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules, other than restrictions expressly imposed by this Plan, and the Confirmation Order.
This Article VI shall also not apply to Professional Fee Claims, objections to which shall be governed by the Bankruptcy Rules, Local Rules, or an order of the Bankruptcy Court.
A Claim may be amended prior to the Confirmation Date only as agreed upon by the Debtors and the Holder of such Claim or as otherwise permitted by the Bankruptcy Court, the Bankruptcy Rules, the Claims Objection and Settlement Procedures Order, or applicable non-bankruptcy law.
