Quotation Terms definition

Quotation Terms means, in relation to a reference entity, the terms set out in the pro forma credit default swap agreement (incorporating the Standard Terms relating to such reference entity) set out in Schedule 3 hereto or such other terms as the Swap Counterparty and the Portfolio Manager may agree from time to time provided that the Rating Agency confirms that such other terms are acceptable to it.
