Service Provider Services definition

Service Provider Services means the provision of, and/or putting in place the capability to provide (including without limitation disaster recovery capabilities), any of the following activities categorized as Application Service Provider Services or Extranet Service Provider Services;
Service Provider Services means the set of features, functionality, data, graphics, sounds, text and other information, material or other content in electronic form provided by Service Provider to Users via transmission by Sprint, including any Enhancements, Service Provider Premium Services, and Other Services.
Service Provider Services means all identity protection and credit monitoring services that Service Provider offers to Subscribers, including LifeLock Alerts, whether offered by Service Provider as part of a bundle of services or as a stand-alone service accessed via Service Provider’s portals or Channel Partner Portals, as determined by Service Provider in its sole and absolute discretion.

More Definitions of Service Provider Services

Service Provider Services means all services performed for or delivered to Consumers by Service Providers.
