Services Provided by the Service Provider. Service Provider agrees to provide various types of Services with respect to a Fund’s Shares. Such Services may include those items that are enumerated in Schedule B attached hereto. Company hereby appoints Service Provider as its agent for the sole and limited purpose of accepting purchase, exchange or redemption orders for mutual fund shares (the “Shares”) purchased, exchanged or redeemed by the Client (“Orders”). Service Provider hereby accepts its appointment on the terms and conditions set forth herein. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Service Provider shall not be acting as agent for Company in any manner whatsoever, except in accepting such Orders.
Services Provided by the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall provide the Services for the plan participants (the "Participants") having an interest in Shares of the Funds purchased by the Plans for which the Service Provider provides the Services. The Accounts will be held of record by the Plan or the Service Provider or its designee; separate accounts for Participants will not be maintained by the Company, the Funds or their agents. The Services provided may include, but are not limited to, some or all of the Services listed in SCHEDULE B annexed hereto.

The Service Provider will provide the following services to the Client: Service Description Service Element EDVES BASIC Configuration Customize EDVES BASIC to the Client’s specification subject to the subscription option subscribed to. ●Design the Client reporting and result templates User Support Receive, document, issue tickets, and help the Client’s staff in the use of EDVES BASIC PORTAL ●Provide help desk support ●Receive and document bug reports. ●Collect and document requests. ●Share status of requests.
