Service Handover Form definition

Service Handover Form or “SHF” means the form containing essential information required to configure and use the Service as well as the Service Identity Number (Service ID);

  • The Customer shall then conduct acceptance tests on the newly provided Service for a period of two (2) Business Days following receipt of the Service Handover Form.

  • The Customer shall then conduct acceptance tests on the newly provided DIA Service for a period of two (2) Business Days following receipt of the Service Handover Form.

  • Within seventy-two (72) hours of completing the installation for the applicable IP Transit Service, Liquid Telecom will provide a Service Handover Form containing essential information required to configure and use the Service as well as the Service Identity Number (“Service ID”).


More Definitions of Service Handover Form

Service Handover Form or “SHF” means the form provided by The Service Provider to the Customer after The Service Provider has completed installation and testing of the Service;
Service Handover Form or "SHF" means the form provided by Liquid Telecom to the Customer after Liquid Telecom has completed installation and testing of the Service, or any variation to a Service, as the case may be;
Service Handover Form or “SHF” means the form provided by Vlocity to the Customer after Vlocity has completed installation and testing of the Service;
Service Handover Form means the form provided by DFA to the Customer confirming completed installation and testing of the Service.

Related to Service Handover Form

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Service Recipient means the Company, any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company and any Related Entity to which a Participant provides services as an Employee, Consultant or as a Director.
