Series Available Principal Amount definition

Series Available Principal Amount means, for any Distribution Date, if a Group Principal Allocation Event has occurred, an amount calculated as follows: For each Series that is a member of the same Group as the Series established hereby (including the Series established hereby), seriatim, beginning with the Series with the largest Series Investor Interest for such Distribution Date (and if more than one Series has the same Series Investor Interest on such Distribution Date, beginning with whichever of such Series has the longest time remaining until its latest Class Expected Final Payment Date or, if none, the last scheduled day of its Accumulation Period (assuming that no Early Accumulation Event or Amortization Event occurs with respect to such Series)), an amount equal to (x) the Group Available Principal Amount less (y) the difference between the Series Required Principal Amount, if any, and the Principal Distribution Amount for such Series for such Distribution Date, if any, that was funded on such Distribution Date (including any portion of such amount that was funded by amounts withdrawn from the Group Principal Collections Reallocation Account pursuant to Section 9(b)(21), Section 9(b)(34), 9(b)(35) or a substantially similar provision). For purposes of calculating the Series Available Principal Amount for each other such Series, the Group Available Principal Amount shall be reduced by the amount calculated in clause (y) for the prior Series for which the Series Available Principal Amount was calculated.
Series Available Principal Amount means, for any Distribution Date, if a Group Principal Allocation Event has occurred, for each Series that is a member of the same Group as the Series established hereby (including the Series established hereby) that is in its Controlled Liquidation Period or Accumulation Period, as applicable, an amount calculated as follows: For each such Series, seriatim, beginning with the Series with the largest Series Investor Interest for such Distribution Date (and if more than one Series has the same Series Investor Interest on such Distribution Date, beginning with whichever of such Series has the longest time remaining in its Controlled Liquidation Period or Accumulation Period, as applicable (assuming that no Early Accumulation Event or Amortization Event occurs with respect to such Series)), an amount equal to (x) the Group Available Principal Amount less (y) the difference between the Series Required Principal Amount and the amount of such Series' Controlled Liquidation Amount or Controlled Accumulation Amount, as applicable, that was funded on such Distribution Date (including any portion of such amount that was funded by amounts withdrawn from the Group Principal Collections Reallocation Account pursuant to Section 9(b)(34)). For purposes of calculating the Series Available Principal Amount for each other such Series, the Group Available Principal Amount shall be reduced by the Series Available Principal Amount for the prior Series for which the Series Available Principal Amount was calculated.
Series Available Principal Amount means, for any Distribution Date, for each series that is a member of the same Group as the Series established hereby (including the Series established hereby) that is in its Controlled Amortization Period or Controlled Accumulation Period, as applicable, an amount calculated as follows: For each such series, seriatim, beginning with the series with the largest series investor interest as of such Distribution Date (and if more than one series has the same series investor interest on such Distribution Date, beginning with whichever of such series has the longest time remaining in its controlled amortization period or controlled accumulation period, as applicable (assuming that no rapid amortization event occurs with respect to such series)), an amount equal to (x) the Group Available Principal Amount less (y) the difference between the series required principal amount and the amount of such series' controlled amortization amount or controlled accumulation amount, as applicable, that was funded on such Distribution Date (including any portion of such amount that was funded by amounts withdrawn from the Group Principal Collections Reallocation Account pursuant to Sections 8(c)(52-54) or equivalent sections, but excluding any portion of such amount that was funded by amounts withdrawn from the Collections Account pursuant to Sections 8(c)(58-60) or equivalent sections). For purposes of calculating the series available principal amount for each other such series, the Group Available Principal Amount shall be reduced by the amount calculated in clause (y) above for each prior series for which the series available principal amount was calculated.

Related to Series Available Principal Amount

  • Applicable Principal Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Senior Notes that are components of Corporate Units.

  • Attributable Principal Amount means (a) in the case of capital leases, the amount of capital lease obligations determined in accordance with GAAP, (b) in the case of Synthetic Leases, an amount determined by capitalization of the remaining lease payments thereunder as if it were a capital lease determined in accordance with GAAP, (c) in the case of Securitization Transactions, the outstanding principal amount of such financing, after taking into account reserve amounts and making appropriate adjustments, determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable judgment and (d) in the case of Sale and Leaseback Transactions, the present value (discounted in accordance with GAAP at the debt rate implied in the applicable lease) of the obligations of the lessee for rental payments during the term of such lease).

  • PO Formula Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date and Class PO Component, the sum of the applicable PO Percentage of (a) the principal portion of each Scheduled Payment (without giving effect, prior to the Bankruptcy Coverage Termination Date, to any reductions thereof caused by any Debt Service Reductions or Deficient Valuations) due on each Mortgage Loan in the related Loan Group on the related Due Date, (b) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan in the related Loan Group that was repurchased by the Seller or the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement as of such Distribution Date, (c) the Substitution Adjustment Amount in connection with any Deleted Mortgage Loan in the related Loan Group received with respect to such Distribution Date, (d) any Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds allocable to recoveries of principal of Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group that are not yet Liquidated Mortgage Loans received during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, (e) with respect to each Mortgage Loan in the related Loan Group that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the month preceding the calendar month of such Distribution Date, the amount of Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received with respect to such Mortgage Loan during the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date with respect to such Mortgage Loan, (f) all Principal Prepayments with respect to the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group received during the related Prepayment Period and (g) on the last Conveyance Period Distribution Date, the Remaining PO Supplemental Loan Amount.

  • Substitution Principal Amount With respect to any Mortgage Loan substituted in accordance with Section 2.02 or pursuant to Section 2.03, the excess of (x) the unpaid principal balance of the Mortgage Loan which is substituted for over (y) the unpaid principal balance of the Substitute Mortgage Loan, each balance being determined as of the date of substitution.

  • Class Principal Amount With respect to each Class of Certificates other than any Class of Notional Certificates, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Amounts of all Certificates of such Class at the date of determination. With respect to each Class of Notional Certificates, zero.

For purposes of Article V hereof, unless specifically provided to the contrary, Certificate Principal Amounts shall be determined as of the close of business of the immediately preceding Distribution Date, after giving effect to all distributions made on such date.
