Available Principal definition

Available Principal. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the prior Monthly Period:
Available Principal means, with respect to any Payment Date, the total of the following amounts allocable to principal received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables during the related Collection Period (computed by the simple interest method): (i) the sum of the principal component of all (a) collections on or in respect of all Receivables other than Defaulted Receivables, (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds, (c) Advances made by the Servicer, if any, (d) Warranty Purchase Payments and (e) Administrative Purchase Payments, less (ii) an amount equal to all (a) amounts received on or in respect of a particular Receivable (other than a Defaulted Receivable) to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Principal Advances in respect of such Receivable and (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to a particular Receivable to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Principal Advances in respect of such Receivable.
Available Principal means, with respect to any Payment Date, the total of the following amounts allocable to principal received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables during the related Collection Period (computed, in the case of Precomputed Receivables, by the actuarial method and, in the case of Simple Interest Receivables, by the simple interest method): (i) the sum of the principal component of all (a) collections on or in respect of all Receivables other than Defaulted Receivables (including the principal portion of Applied Payments Ahead but excluding Payments Ahead), (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds, (c) Advances made by the Servicer, (d) Warranty Purchase Payments and (e) Administrative Purchase Payments, less (ii) an amount equal to all (a) amounts received on or in respect of a particular Receivable (other than a Defaulted Receivable) to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Principal Advances in respect of such Receivable and (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to a particular Receivable to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Principal Advances in respect of such Receivable.

Examples of Available Principal in a sentence

  • It is understood and agreed that Available Interest or Available Principal shall not include any amounts retained by Servicer which constitute Supplemental Servicing Fees.

  • If any Swap Collateral Available Principal Amounts are received by the Current Issuer on a Payment Date, such Swap Collateral Available Principal Amounts shall be applied by the Current Issuer Cash Manager on that Payment Date in the same manner as it would have applied the receipts which such Swap Collateral Available Principal Amounts replace.

  • Class B Available Funds, Collateral Available Funds and Available Principal Collections.

  • As of any Payment Date during the Controlled Accumulation Period or Early Amortization Period on which Available Principal Collections are treated as Shared Principal Collections, the Collateral Amount shall be reduced by an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the amount of Available Principal Collections applied as Shared Principal Collections and (y) the Surplus Collateral Amount.

  • The sum of all such Proposed Principal Shortfall Amounts shall equal the aggregate amount of such Remaining Series Available Principal Collections Shortfalls for such Monthly Period.


More Definitions of Available Principal

Available Principal means, for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts received during the related Collection Period: (i) that portion of all collections on Receivables allocable to principal, (ii) without duplication of amounts described in clause (i), Net Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal due on a Liquidated Receivable in accordance with the Servicer’s customary servicing procedures, (iii) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Administrative Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became an Administrative Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent allocable to principal, and (iv) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Warranty Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became a Warranty Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent allocable to principal; and (v) without duplication of any amounts described in clauses (i) and (ii), that portion of the Optional Purchase Price in the case of an Optional Purchase allocable to Principal.
Available Principal means, for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts received during the related Collection Period: (i) that portion of all collections on Receivables attributable to principal, (ii) without duplication of amounts described in clause (i), Net Liquidation Proceeds attributable to principal due on a Liquidated Receivable in accordance with the Servicer's customary servicing procedures, (iii) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Administrative Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became an Administrative Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent attributable to principal, and (iv) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Warranty Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became a Warranty Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent attributable to principal.
Available Principal means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the following amounts, without duplication, with respect to the related Collection Period: (a) the portion of all collections on Receivables (excluding any collections constituting late fees, prepayment charges, deferment fees and other administrative fees or similar charges) allocable to principal, (b) the Administrative Purchase Payments or Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to each Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable purchased from the Trust with respect to the related Collection Period to the extent attributable to principal, (c) Recoveries for such Collection Period to the extent allocable to principal and (d) Liquidation Proceeds for such Collection Period to the extent allocable to principal; provided, however, that in calculating the Available Principal the following will be excluded: all payments and proceeds that are allocable to principal (including Liquidation Proceeds and Recoveries) of any Purchased Receivable, the applicable Purchase Amount of which has been included in the Available Principal in a prior Collection Period.
Available Principal on any Distribution Date shall exclude all payments and proceeds of any Receivables the Purchase Amount of which has been distributed on a prior Distribution Date.
Available Principal means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the total (without duplication) of the following amounts received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Contracts during the related Due Period: (i) all amounts received in respect of principal on the Contracts, (ii) the principal component of all Net Liquidation Proceeds, (iii) the principal component of the aggregate of the Purchase Prices for Contracts reacquired by the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 7.08, (iv) the principal component of all amounts paid by the Servicer in connection with an optional purchase of the Contracts pursuant to Section 7.10, and (v) the principal component of the aggregate of the Purchase Prices for Contracts purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 7.11.
Available Principal means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the following amounts, without duplication, with respect to the related Collection Period: (a) the portion of all collections on Receivables allocable to principal, (b) Liquidation Proceeds for such Collection Period to the extent allocable to principal and (c) that portion allocable to principal of the Purchase Amount of all Receivables that became Purchased Receivables during or in respect of such Collection Period.
Available Principal means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the total (without duplication) of the following amounts received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Contracts during the related Due Period: (i) all amounts received in respect of principal on the Contracts, (ii) the principal component of all Net Liquidation Proceeds, (iii) the principal component of the aggregate of the Reacquisition Prices for Contracts reacquired by the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 7.08, and (iv) the principal component of all amounts paid by the Trust Depositor in connection with an optional reacquisition of the Contracts pursuant to Section 7.10.
