Notional Principal Amount definition

Notional Principal Amount. For calculating interest payments, on each Class of outstanding Interest Only MAC Notes as of any Payment Date, an amount equal to the outstanding Class Principal Balance as of such Payment Date of the portion of the related Class of Class M Notes that was exchanged for such Interest Only MAC Note.
Notional Principal Amount means, with respect to any Calculation Period, the notional amount set forth in the attached Schedule I.
Notional Principal Amount has the meaning specified in the Debt Agreement.

More Definitions of Notional Principal Amount

Notional Principal Amount means, in respect of any date, an amount calculated by the Calculation Agent equal to the sum of the Outstanding Principal Amounts of the Notes (as defined in sub-paragraph 24(B)) less (i) an amount in USD equal to the aggregate of the Maximum Cash Settlement Amounts (as defined below) in respect of all the Reference Obligations for which an Event Determination Date has occurred but no Cash Settlement Amount has been paid under the Default Swap as at such date (each such Reference Obligation an “Undetermined Reference Obligation”) and (ii) any amount, other than any Amortisation Reduction (as defined in sub-paragraph 25(D) below), by which the Notes have previously been redeemed or purchased.
Notional Principal Amount or "PAC Component" means, for the purpose of calculating the Class I Monthly Interest at any time, the Original Notional Principal Amount minus all allocations of Monthly Principal to the PAC Component made up to such time pursuant to Section 9.10 of this Agreement.
