Notional Principal Amount definition

Notional Principal Amount. For calculating interest payments, on each Class of outstanding Interest Only MAC Notes as of any Payment Date, an amount equal to the outstanding Class Principal Balance as of such Payment Date of the portion of the related Class of Class M Notes that was exchanged for such Interest Only MAC Note.
Notional Principal Amount means, with respect to any Calculation Period, the notional amount set forth in the attached Schedule I.
Notional Principal Amount has the meaning specified in the Debt Agreement.

Notional Principal Amount means, in respect of any date, an amount calculated by the Calculation Agent equal to the sum of the Outstanding Principal Amounts of the Notes less (i) an amount in USD equal to the aggregate of the Maximum Cash Settlement Amounts (as defined below) in respect of all the Reference Obligations for which an Event Determination Date has occurred but no Cash Settlement Amount has been paid under the Default Swap as at such date (each such Reference Obligation an “Undetermined Reference Obligation”) and
