Principal Distribution Amount means on any Distribution Date, the amount equal to the excess, if any, of

Principal Distribution Amount means: • as to the initial distribution date, the amount by which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the notes exceeds the Adjusted Pool Balance for that distribution date, and • as to each subsequent distribution date, the amount by which the Adjusted Pool Balance for the preceding distribution date exceeds the Adjusted Pool Balance for that distribution date.

More Definitions of Principal Distribution Amount

Principal Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, to the extent of funds available for payment, the sum of the Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Regular Principal Distribution Amount, not to exceed the outstanding Note Balance.
Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate (without duplication) of the following:
Principal Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the aggregate amount of principal payable on the Securities, equal to the sum of (i) the Optimal Principal Distributable Amount and (ii) any Principal Carryover Shortfall as of the preceding Payment Date; provided, however, that on or after the Note Final Scheduled Payment Date for any Class of Notes and so long as no Indenture Default has been declared, the Principal Distribution Amount shall equal, until the Class Balance of such Class is reduced to zero, the greater of (i) such Class Balance and (ii) the sum of (A) the Optimal Principal Distributable Amount and (B) any Principal Carryover Shortfall as of the preceding Payment Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Principal Distribution Amount shall not exceed the outstanding Securities Balance and the aggregate amount of principal paid in respect of a Class shall not exceed the related Initial Class Balance.
Principal Distribution Amount means (i) with respect to the initial Distribution Date, the amount by which the sum of the Outstanding Amount of the Notes exceeds the Adjusted Pool Balance for that Distribution Date, and (ii) with respect to each subsequent Distribution Date, the amount by which the Adjusted Pool Balance for the preceding Distribution Date exceeds the Adjusted Pool Balance for that Distribution Date.
Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date occurring in (i) the Accumulation Period, the Controlled Accumulation Amount, (ii) the Controlled Liquidation Period, the Controlled Liquidation Amount, (iii) the Early Accumulation Period, the Series Investor Interest, or (iv) in the Amortization Period, the Series Investor Interest.
Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the following amounts, without duplication, with respect to the Receivables with respect to the related Collection Period: (a) that portion of all collections on Receivables allocable to principal, (b) the principal amount of Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables during such Collection Period, (c) to the extent attributable to principal, the Purchase Amount of each Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable during such Collection Period, and (d) partial prepayments received by the Servicer relating to refunds of any warranty or insurance, but only if such amounts were financed by the respective Obligors thereon as of the date of the original contract and only to the extent not included under clause (a) above; provided, however, that in calculating the Principal Distribution Amount all payments on and proceeds (including Liquidation Proceeds) of any Purchased Receivables the Purchase Amount of which has been included in the Principal Distribution Amount in a prior Collection Period will be excluded.
