For this purpose, each outstanding series of certificates issued by World Financial Network Master Trust (other than series represented by the Collateral Certificate) shall be deemed to be a Series in Group One.
On each Distribution Date, subject to the proviso in (ii) above, Interest Funds received on the Group One Mortgage Loans will be deemed to be distributed to the Class R and Class A-1 Certificates and Interest Funds received on the Group Two Mortgage Loans will be deemed to be distributed to the Class A-2 Certificates, in each case, until the related Current Interest and Interest Carry Forward Amount of each such class of Certificates for such Distribution Date has been paid in full.
Such borrowing will then be promptly made available to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent on such date by crediting the account of the Borrower designated in the Account Designation Letter hereunder with the aggregate of the amounts made available to the Administrative Agent by the Lenders and in like funds as received by the Administrative Agent.
Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections will not be available for application by other Series of Notes that are not included in Shared Excess Available Finance Charge Collections Group One.
