Controlled Accumulation Amount definition

Controlled Accumulation Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, $86,904,833.34; provided, however, that, if the Controlled Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than 12 months, the Controlled Accumulation Amount for each Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period will be equal to (i) the product of (x) the sum of the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the Class B Initial Invested Amount and (y) the Controlled Accumulation Period Factor for the related Monthly Period divided by (ii) the Required Accumulation Factor Number.
Controlled Accumulation Amount means $104,166,667; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Controlled Accumulation Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Controlled Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.
Controlled Accumulation Amount means $25,000,000; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve months pursuant to Section 3.12(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Controlled Accumulation Amount for any Note Transfer Date with respect to the Class C(2005-4) Notes will be the amount specified in the definition of “Controlled Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

Controlled Accumulation Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Controlled Accumulation Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of "Controlled Accumulation Amount" in the Indenture Supplement.
