Series 2000-4 Notes definition

Series 2000-4 Notes means the Series of Notes designated as the Series 2000-4 Notes.
Series 2000-4 Notes means any one of the Floating Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Series 2000-4, executed by AFC-II and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT X-0, XXXXXXX X-0 or EXHIBIT A-3 hereto. Definitive Series 2000-4 Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.
Series 2000-4 Notes means the Series of Notes issued under the Series 2000-4 Supplement.
