Class A Notes definition
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

At the election of a Class A-L Lender, all or a portion of the outstanding principal amount of the Class A-L Loans held by such Class A-L Lender may be converted into Class A Notes, in which case the Aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Class A Notes will be increased by the amount of the Class A-L Loans so converted and the outstanding principal amount of the Class A-L Loans will be reduced accordingly.

Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2-A Notes, the Class A-2-B Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
