2012 Notes definition

2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.
2012 Notes means the 8.750% Senior Notes due 2012 in the initial aggregate principal amount of $500,000,000, issued by DH under the Senior Notes Indenture.
